Boutiquito: Quito, Ecuador
What makes Boutiquito unique?
Location: Located in the bohemian district of Guapalo this hostel aims to connect backpackers with local Quiteño life. Close to restaurants, bars, and artsy cinemas that most backpackers miss, staying here will ensure that you see an entirely different side to Quito.
Beds: We’re talking pure luxury. Plush thick white duvets, fabulously comfortable mattresses, and fluffy pillows. We’ve never found such comfortable dorm beds in all our travels!
Delicious Breakfast: Ready for a day of exploration? You will actually be energized after the complimentary breakfast offered at Boutiquito! Choose between eggs and muesli/fruit/ yoghurt, add toast with artisanal jams, coffee, fruit juice, and you’re ready to go.
Focus on Interior Design: Typically dorms put the focus on function, a place to rest your head, not a place to spend your time. At Boutiquito owner Amelia and her artistic mother have created a place that will add to the inspiration of your travels.
Home-like Atmosphere: The staff here will bring you a cup of tea at night if your in the mood, there’s a whole room set up for watching movies (which the hostel provides), and a tranquil interior atmosphere (you can even start a fire at night if you like) just like you find at home.
